ArchiefGet to know all the performers in our very own TU Delft community at the Open Mic & Band Nights! Sign up to perform yourself, or join us for a fun night to discover what Delft has to offer! And to close out the night, Rallou and the Boyz will provide you with energetic Rock, Soul and Funk covers!
At the brand-new Open Mic & Band Nights in Cafe X, students get the chance to share their passion for music with each other! The evening will open with an Open Mic hour - up to 6 performers will be selected to perform 2 - 3 songs in a 10-minute time-slot.
During the second half of the evening, Rallou and the Boyz will perform a full set to start off your Thursday night right! Get to know Rallou and the Boyz! A student band based in Delft, they experiment with different genres of rock and blues, and have played in different venues and competitions in Delft and surroundings. On a regular day, you will find Lukas funking up the base, Daan bringing the beat on the drums, Daniël rocking on the guitar and Rallou bringing the voice!

Rallou & the Boyz
We are Rallou and the Boys, a band consisting of 4 students from TU Delft who all have similar but also completely different music taste. We all like rock, soul and funk.
But we wouldn’t be Rallou and the Boys if Daniël doesn’t play his classic rock solos on his guitar while James funks up the bass, having Rallou sing with an RnB/soul tone when Daan gives an upbeat vibe to every song on the drums. We take songs we want to cover and make them our own, no matter the original genre! We don't hesitate to experiment with tempo, with rhythm and with the vibe of the song, making the cover sound like the way it's intended! We have played gigs in and around Delft, in both the city as well as the student scene! Not backing down from challenges, Rallou and the Boys is a name you will start hearing more and more.
